ABOUT ZHONGYI PLUSH

About Zhongyi Plush

Zhangjiagang Zhongyi Plush Co., Ltd. is a knitted fabric manufacturer located at No. 58 Jinqiao West Road, Luyuan, Tangqiao Town, Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu, China. We focus on knitted jacquard fabrics, sherpa, wool-look fabrics and 3D plush fabrics, working with patterns, yarn combinations and pile surfaces to support fabric sampling and garment development.

Our fabric directions

Our knitted jacquard fabrics bring together pattern and surface texture. Sherpa and related pile fabrics are discussed in terms of appearance, hand feel and thickness. For 3D plush fabrics, the physical sample defines the raised surface and the effects on the face and reverse. Composition, construction, width and weight vary by design; a collection name or photograph does not establish a fabric specification.

Circular jacquard knitting and finishing

Circular jacquard knitting is central to our production. The finished result depends on the yarn, pattern, construction and finishing requirements. Greige fabric is typically 150cm wide. After setting, usable width is usually 150–165cm, with a maximum of approximately 170cm. Individual designs may have other confirmed specifications. These ranges are process references, not a guarantee that every fabric can achieve the same width.

Product codes, specifications and photographs

Complete product codes link fabric records, photographs and sampling information. Multiple photographs can show different angles, pattern details and pile surfaces. Historical codes help buyers identify earlier designs; current availability, colours and specifications must be checked. A website listing is not a stock or delivery commitment.

Composition, width and weight

Common fibre abbreviations include P for polyester, W for wool, A for acrylic, C for cotton, R for viscose, N for polyamide and MH for mohair. For example, 100%P means 100% polyester. Specific fibre percentages must be confirmed for the relevant design. GSM means grams per square metre; GM or G/M means grams per linear metre. These measurements must not be treated as interchangeable. Please also distinguish total width from usable width when comparing fabrics.

From a reference to a physical sample

Share an existing product code or a reference photograph, together with your preferred pattern, colour, hand feel and pile effect. Target composition, weight and unit, usable width, intended use and estimated quantity help us discuss suitable records and samples. Available designs, specifications and order requirements are then confirmed separately. Physical samples remain the reference for colour, hand feel and pile appearance; screen images are for initial selection.

Certification and material requirements

Please raise GRS, RWS or recycled-polyester requirements during sampling so that relevant documents, product scope and order conditions can be checked. Scope certificates and transaction certificates serve different purposes: a scope certificate does not automatically establish certification for every product or order. Recycled content describes material origin, while recyclability concerns possible end-of-life processing. Specific claims and document availability require verification against valid records. Customer transaction documents are not published on this website.
